A type of gentle massage that helps the draining of lymph fluid that can leak from the blood vessels into the tissues. This drainage technique pushes the fluid back into the bloodstream via the lymph nodes

Offered to those currently pregnant at any stage of pregnancy. Uses relaxation massage techniques to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, and improve circulation and mobility. Note: All high-risk pregnancies must have a note from their OB clearing from massage.
